Carrie Underwood changed wardrobes several times throughout the evening and wore the same shoes in black mini glitter with a short black mini ruffle dress when hosting the show. And then Carrie Underwood wore Stuart Weitzman Migrate strappy platform sandals in black with a blue strapless long dress when performing a song during the show.
